Bianca Batista '25, an undergraduate researcher in the TIME Lab, was offered the opportunity to attend and participate in the Women in Engineering (WE) 2022 conference in Houston, Texas from October 19-21. WE is the world's largest conference for women in engineering and technology and serves to inspire and connect women at all stages of their professional careers. Bianca attended the conference as part of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter at Notre Dame and was able to attend a variety of different talks, workshops, and network with many leading companies in various industries. Her trip was generously sponsored by SWE and generous donors to the organization.
